You must understand your target group. Therefore, you need to know for whom you want to have impact? Put yourself in the shoes of your target group and describe them. What really matters to your target group?
You can use the target group tool for this.
To get valuable input from different perspectives and stakeholders, you have to do additional research: Google, talk to fellow students, coaches, other people in the building or in the street, you can call or WhatsApp you family and friends…and of course, talk to the people from your target group
